1. Who controls your data
TKB International OÜ, registry code 16181363, is the controller of the personal data described in this notice. Our registered office is Tornimäe tn 5, Kesklinna linnaosa, 10145 Tallinn, Harju maakond, Estonia.
2. Data we collect
When you contact us, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, company name and message. Our hosting and security providers may also process basic technical data such as IP address, request time, browser information and security logs.
3. Why we use it
We process inquiry data to respond to your request, take steps at your request before entering a contract, operate and secure this website, and comply with legal obligations. Where applicable, our legal bases are legitimate interests, pre-contractual steps, contract performance and legal obligation.
4. Service providers
We use carefully selected providers to host, secure and deliver this website and its email: Vercel for application hosting, Cloudflare for DNS and network security, and Resend for contact-email delivery. They process data on our instructions under their applicable data-processing terms.
5. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside Estonia or the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers are protected by an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful safeguard.
6. Retention
We keep inquiry data only as long as needed to answer and follow up on the request, ordinarily no longer than 12 months, unless a longer period is required for an active business relationship, dispute or legal obligation. Security logs may be retained for shorter operational periods.
7. Cookies
This website does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. Essential platform and security mechanisms may use strictly necessary storage or request data to protect and deliver the site.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. You may also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate or another competent supervisory authority.
