1. Scope and acceptance
These terms govern access to and use of the website and any feature that links to them, operated by TKB International OÜ, registry code 16181363. By using the site, you agree to the current published terms to the extent permitted by law.
2. Website and future services
The site may provide company, product, informational, communication or other features. We may introduce additional services, accounts, subscriptions or transactions under these terms or separate terms. Site use alone does not create a commercial, employment, agency, partnership or fiduciary relationship.
3. Changes and availability
We may change these terms and modify, add, remove, suspend, restrict or discontinue any content, feature or service at any time. Changes take effect when published unless another date is stated or applicable law requires additional notice or consent. We do not guarantee that any feature or content will remain available.

Use the site lawfully and at your own risk. Do not interfere with operation or security, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful content, scrape or automate access in a disruptive manner, impersonate others, violate rights, or use the site for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity. We may block or restrict access where we reasonably consider it necessary.

If you voluntarily provide ideas or feedback, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable and royalty-free right to use them without restriction or compensation.

Official public records prevail over website content where they differ.
8. Liability and indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TKB International and its directors, personnel and providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or loss of profit, revenue, data, opportunity or goodwill. Our aggregate liability relating to the site will not exceed the greater of EUR 100 and the amount you paid us for the relevant site service during the previous 12 months. Where permitted, you agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful use or violation of these terms.
9. Governing law and general terms
Estonian law governs these terms and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Estonia, without overriding mandatory consumer rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. We may assign these terms as part of our business, financing or asset transfer.
